Youth Kick Off

Youth Group!!!! Hey there Youth Group, it’s sad to say but the summer is starting to wind down and as it does you should be preparing for a new school year and a new year of Youth Group. This being said I wanted to announce a kick off for the youth group and that will be on August 21st!! The plan is to meet up at Millwood at 6:00 PM and we’ll have food, fun and fellowship. We’ll be at Millwood till around 7:30 playing games and eating and getting to know one another. I’m really looking forward to this year and hope that you can join in on the upcoming youth activities.

To the parents: For there to be clear, consistent communication and a great youth program for all of us I’m going to need to ask for a few things. First off I would like your contact information. I’d really like your phone number, address and email. In that I would like you to say which way is the best way to get a hold of you and if you can text. This way I can get a grasp on the availability of rides and to make sure there is no miss communication about outings and meetings. There will also be a Google calendar along with a written copy that will be available to you soon.
To the Congregation: I would like to set up the Youth Group so that there will be dinner on Sunday evenings for the youth. But for this to work I need your help! Soon I will be in contact with the parents of youth and asking around church to see who would want to make dinner for the youth and setup a calendar. Your help would be greatly appreciated, and dinner wise it can be as simple as hot dogs and as complex as you want to make it.
