Meet the Staff

Jim Moore

Jim Moore is the founding pastor at Millwood. Before coming to Rogers to start the church Jim served churches in Dallas, Tx., Kansas City, Mo. and Chickasha, Ok. Originally from Austin, Texas he is a graduate of Texas A&M University, B.S.; Texas Christian University, M.Div. and Saint Paul School of Theology, D. Min.

Jim and his wife Carol have three children: Trey, Hannah and Campbell. Jim is an avid sports fan; he especially enjoys golf and coaching youth sports teams.

David Arivett

David Arivett has been the music minister at Millwood since 2000. We are very proud to have him as our music minister here at Millwood!

Whether it's Jazz, Choral, or Gospel, or Blues David Arivett has written and performed it. He writes and plays music that truly evokes an emotional response. Whether its songs of hope and healing, or feelin' alright songs, his music has always has a profound emotional effect on listeners.

Jennifer Paulk

Jennifer Paulk, a.k.a. Jeffer, is the youth director at Millwood Christian Church. For the last several years she has been a teaching assistant at the University of Arkansas. Jennifer is a graduate of Mississippi State University, B.S., and University of Arkansas, M.S. She is currently the geometry coach at Rogers High School and finishing her PhD in mathematics at the University of Arkansas.

Amanda Gotwalt

Amanda Gotwalt serves as the director of both the Millwood After School Program and our summer day camp, Camp Millwood. Amanda started at Millwood in 2006. Under her leadership both programs have grown and expanded significantly. A native of Northwest Arkansas she and husband Paul have five children.

Heather Grant

Heather Grant is the director of the Millwood Christian Church Preschool and Mother's Day Out.
